Green Roof Art Project

This video is an art project I created to highlight real structures that are promoting a greener environment within New York City. It features the Javits Center, which incorporates a massive green roof that helps reduce energy use, captures stormwater, and provides habitat for birds and pollinators. It also includes a park along the Hudson River, where open green space, trees, and restored waterfront areas create a healthier environment for both people and local wildlife. These examples show how urban spaces can be designed to support sustainability while also improving quality of life for city residents.
